Batista Unleashed

Batista - DJ
"I was always called DJ. Nothing special, it just stand for David Jr. It was just a family name and used among my friends. It's a name I grew up with and it's really used by people who I love - my very close friends and family. It's a personal thing.
People want me to sign things as The Animal. I don't relate to that at all. I understand where it came from, but I'm not the type of guy who would ever go around saying, 'How are you doing? My name's The Animal,' or change my name legally to The Animal."

November 14, 2008 - Glascow, Scotland
Batista and Rey Mysterio beat Chris Jericho and Randy Orton.
Lots of stalling before the match. Jericho cut a killer of a promo before the match also. Match went about 15 mins with the heels working over Mysterio most of the way. Massive pop for the hot tag. Rey hit a double 619 on the heels and Dave pinned Orton with the Batista bomb.

Chris Jericho Beat. Batista
11/12/08 - Newcastle, England:
Batista & Rey Mysterio b. Chris Jericho & Randy Orton
Jericho worked most of this match by himself; Orton seemed to be favoring his left knee and had a word with a couple of referees about it. Batista got the win with a Batista Bomb on Orton after Rey did a double 619 on the pair.
11/13/08 - Belfast, Ireland:
Randy Orton & Chris Jericho vs. Batista & Rey Mysterio
Soon after the bell there was high flying from Mysterio and some really rough fighting from Batista. The fight went out of the ring at one point but soon after Rey Mysterio did his finisher 619 on both Chris Jericho and Randy Orton..... to finish the match off ... Batista did his finisher on Randy Orton "Batista bomb"... and that was it..... the place was in uproar
* After all the excitement Batista and Rey stayed in the ring and remembered Eddie Guerrero's 3 year anniversary by playing his song and dancing round the ring.
Randy Orton worked a singles match at last night's Raw brand house show in Birmingham, England as he did a job to Rey Mysterio. WWE has been easing Orton back in the ring by letting him work tag matches as they wanted to give him a chance to work through any ring rust that may have accumulated over the past three months before putting pressure on him to work a singles match. Now it looks like WWE will let him work some singles matches on house shows before having him wrestle in singles competition on television.
Kofi Kingston & CM Punk
After winning the World Tag Team Titles last week on Raw, the new champions' luck has been running short. Kofi lost in tag team action and Punk was not able to get the revenge he desired against Randy Orton.
Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase
We are not sure what is going to happen to the Priceless pair as there is no telling what effect the punt to DiBiase's head from Randy Orton will have him after he was taken out on a stretcher on Raw.
WWE Superstar Randy Orton has captured numerous championships and knocked out some of wrestling's biggest icons, such as Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair and John Cena. So imagine our surprise to discover that the "Legend Killer" loves channeling his inner Nintendo geek with Mario Kart. With THQ's WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2009 body slamming its way to stores, Orton, who is recovering from a broken collarbone, spoke to us about creating superstars and his favorite retro games.
